I went here to buy a lawn mower and the salesman was very honest and recommended what he thought was the best mower on the market even though they did not sell the mower there. This is good customer service you dont find at many places any more. I would highly recommend this place if you want honesty.
They offer much higher quality mowers than ones you purchase at big box stores here. They had the Cub Cadet XT2 line that I was interested in. I had just bought a house and didn't really know which mower would be the best option, so I went in here and they took the time to explain the differences between the models and helped me find the best mower for what I would need without trying to upsell a bigger mower to me that I wouldn't need. They delivered it for me and the delivery person gave me a tutorial on how to run it, what all of the functions were, where things were located, and suggested maintenance items as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new lawnmower.
Took my mower to them that is only one year old dude to it running rough. They said it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I got the mower back and it was not fixed. I had already worked on it myself and told them what I had done and all they did was the same thing I did. I requested a refund and they said no. It is currently with them to "make it right but after this visit I will never go back...

Fantastic! Christian went the extra mile to make sure that my chainsaw was working before I left. He didn't try to oversell me on things that I didn't need. I will definitely buy my next weed trimmer from them over the big box stores just for the customer service.
