Just spent $200 dollars in this store and while I'm checking out a cms came over to another near my register cussing about a customer. She said the f word gd and then when the customer walked past called her a b. I will never step foot in this store again. I'll miss Mr James and all the employees in garden checkout but any employee who talks to a customer like that does not need to be working in retail. Bye Walmart. I'm giving one star on the rating only because I can't post this unless I do
If you want to be given attitude by a cashier then this is the place to go. The best place for rude customer service. I have a complain against their rude managers and cashier Robin. Managers don't care you could be treated bad and they still won't care. What a dissapointment. Don't waste your time.
It's Friday December 22nd at 8:30 and as usual this Wal mart is full of people shopping!! Great for Walmart business but tell me how a store has 30 registers and only 12 of them open! This place is ridiculous!! Time for people to stand up !! They should know that people are literally leaving their carts full of stuff and walking out. I bet if enough people did the same they might open up more registers!! Customers come first!!
Very nice Wal-Mart. Well stocked. Nice appearance. The cashier, Zoey was very nice. She asked if some things could go in bags. She made sure that I had all my items and she thanked me and told me to have a good evening. She had a nice, genuine demeanor and a warm, kind spirit. I'm a big fan of Wal-Mart and I will definitely shop there again.
I placed an online order last evening on a Hamilton Beach microwave that was on rollback, and did receive an initial confirmation e-mail explaining that they were processing my order for store pick up (which reflected the item was in stock). I waited until today, and still no e-mail verifying that my item was ready for pick-up. All they had to do was grab my item, ticket it, and reserve it for pick up. However, what happened is they neglected to do so and sold the microwave I have paid for right from underneath me, and now they are out of stock. This is not my first negative experience at Wal-Mart, and I'm not sure why I expected their employees to be competent enough to do a task as simple as grabbing an item and holding it. I am beyond frustrated that I HAD TO CALL TO DTERMINE THIS. I guess otherwise I would just be out of luck on my $40. The woman I talked to claimed they should be e-mailing me "any time now" about the item being out of stock - however, I feel that my order was just slipped under the rug and nobody was planning on contacting me. I have yet to receive an e-mail about my refund, and plan on visiting the store manager in person tomorrow and filing a formal complaint. This was my first time using the store pick up option, and will definitely BE MY LAST. You just lost a loyal customer, as I will be taking my business elsewhere!!
