THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND. I purchased 2 items online and received half of my order and an extra item that I did not purchase. I called customer service to have them resolve the issue and they told me I had to go in store to return (Which with two kids out for the summer was a bigger P.I.T.A than you think!) I went in store and was spoken to like I was a freaking idiot by the customer service employee there. I could not believe it! THEY MESSED UP!! You would think they would at the least be somewhat apologetic. I know JC Penneys stores are dropping by the hundreds and I'm willing to bet this is a HUGE reason why. I will NEVER shop there again and I certainly will spread the word to everyone about my horrible experience.
Totally frustrating experience at JCPenney! I was in the mall and saw that JC Penney was having a sale. I'm very interested in purchasing a pillow, mattress topper, and other bedding items. I went to look at pillows and there are no prices. Additionally, I could not find anyone to help me. This was a totally frustrating experience.
This store is so dirty and unorganized! Ever time I’ve been in this store in different times and days and clothes are always thrown everywhere in disarray. So sad and disappointed. Guess I’ll have to shop elsewhere. Don’t have time to dig through piles of clothes.

We get a lot of clothes for our kids here. The store has definitely improved recently. Pricing is more consistent and it isn’t as messy as previous visits (see old photos from several months ago) despite the holiday crush. Customer service is a little better. I’m cautiously optimistic. It is better than Belk.
