This is a great pet store. I have parrots and anything I have a question about my birds I know who to call. Both Jackie and Rob are so knowledgeable about parrots and all other birds. Highly recommend this pet store!!!!
Very unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Talk down to you. They act like they're better than others, and act like no one else knows about birds. Overpriced and under managed.
I live to support local. They should definitely rename it to maw and paws birds. Great for bird supply. Not so great for other pets. I walked out without buying anything due to the limited selection.
