It just doesn't seem right. You will notice as soon as you walk in.
I have been going to lets pet for several years and i am curently an imployee the people are nice and the animals are well taken care of.
Wonderful staff and a great variety of pets. If you are interested in pet rats, they breed their own so they are incredibly friendly. All of the animals are very tame and much more friendly compared to company owned stores like petsmart. They also have many supplies for your pets that you can't find in other stores. My only problem was that the store was incredibly large and not all of the lights were on so it seemed a little off-putting.
Visit this store a few times a week. They have live feeder mice as well as crickets for much cheaper than the big pet chains. The lady (I’m assuming the owner) is very kind and always very helpful. I will continue to support this local shop over the big chains anyday. Keep your money local rather than spending it with big chains and no telling where your money is going other than lining some big wigs mattress.
Their animals are good prices, best in town. But their equipment is overpriced unless you are getting used cages
Most products seem like they're used.
This place was dimly lit, dirty, and seemed depressing. The reptile section really needs help. I understand most pet stores can't provide perfect setups, but some of them were just...wrong. There was a red heat light on for the crestie which was trying to hide under some brush to escape it. The fish section was sad... So much algae, dirty tanks, I couldn't look much longer.
