If you or a family is dealing with cancer do not go to this money sucking place. All they care about is the coverage that you have and they are not looking out for your best interest to live. They will give you whatever they have and discourage you from going elsewhere. They take their precious time doing anything and they'll act like they're reassuring you that they are working for you but they sit on their asses. If you are wanting to leave and go on a clinical study that is offered at other facilities, that is what they will do because they want you to stay so that they can take your money and leave you to die. The doctors and staff are rude and will treat you with no dignity and respect when they know you are dying. They give you false hope and will lie straight to your face that you are recovering when you are not. You will die without even seeing it coming.
Had first appointment on a Monday, open biopsy and plate and screws put in my hip on Thursday of the same week. They explained everything before they did it. Called several times to check on me the week after surgery. I had one question the first time they called. They forwarded question to dr and responded back to me within the hour.
Great staff, very friendly, caring, and helpful. The patient service is extremely caring, WFBH has awesome technical equipment, 3d mammo very thorough, and I could not have prayed for a better environment for the bettetment of my health.
