One of my favorite things about this location is the diversity of patrons utilizing this gym. There are students, professionals, and elderly people all taking advantage of this convenient gym with a broad range of body types and fitness levels. If you are new to gym life, I definitely think this is a great gym to start out at as it is very low-key, seldom overly busy, and there is certain to be someone else there that looks like you!
Very clean gym and very nice equipment. Hydro beds and tanning are great also.
I also see multiple people every day not cleaning machines when they are done with them, not sure who, if anyone, is supposed to be monitoring this but I've never seen anyone say anything to anyone or even walking around checking to see.
Gym is clean, everyone cleans their machine after use, the locker rooms are also clean, there is plenty of machines and space, although can be crowded around 6pm. Has large windows so it feels very open. Staff are also very friendly. Great gym, especially for $10 a month. I just wish they had a pool.
I absolutely LOVE this Planet Fitness, my only wish is that they had longer hours, especially on weekends. Many other Planet Fitness locations are 24-hours, however this one closes at 9pm on weekdays and 7pm on Weekends. As a Wake Forest graduate student that prefers to avoid the campus gym facilities, this is a great option for my fitness needs. Nonetheless, with my academic schedule, their limited hours sometimes makes it difficult to get a workout in! Nonetheless, assuming you are someone that doesn't make a habit of working out a strange hours of the day/night, this would be a great gym for you.
The staff here though is incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly to guests. I had a great and easy experience when I decided to join this gym and loved that there were gift options available with a new membership/renewed membership.
I love working out here, the staff are all very friendly. But I don't understand why the website says they are open 24 hours a day, but they are not....It is very misleading if you go online to sign up.
I have nothing but great things to say about this location. The equipment is always clean and the girl at night is so friendly and always greets me with a smile no matter what she is doing. If I have had an issue with my account she was willing to help me in whatever way she could to get it corrected.
