I would give it 4 stars but I was told the gym was open till 10:00 p.m. On Fri, Sat and sun night by the fellow that sold me my membership. At least 4 times now I've come to the gym after work ranging in times from 9:15 to 9:45 pm and the gym is already closed. How is that helping me reach my goals? Plus I'm not really appreciative that 5 out of 12 TV's are constantly showing news coverage. I go to the gym to escape stress... It's impossible to do when you've got politics and the president up on more than 60% of your viewing devices... I firmly feel that this environment should be a "politics free" Zone...
Really great gym, the staff, as well as the trainers, really help, with what ever you happen to be wanting to do. Loose weight, tone, strength training, or wanting to bulk up. Their are ready to help.
This gym is dirty. No one ever puts stuff away or cleans the machines after use. Staff is not helpful. Could not even look up my account.

Great gym and team. Might not be the largest gym, but everything is there that you need spanning.... beginners and advanced bodybuilders. What makes this place really special is the STAFF. They are enthusiastic about your progress and very helpful. In particular, one special shout out to a newer, young female trainer, Kaylee Lauwers. Her combined passion and experience as a competitor, trainer and nutritionist makes for a winning combo. I'm making great gains with her and plan to compete myself. Kaylee is outstanding.
