One of the best decisions I ever made was showing up to this gym.
I have visited here from Wilmington. I was very nervous going to another gym. However, the owners and coaches have been wonderful! I am used to a very close knit box! They made me feel welcomed and the coach showed me just as much attention as one of their members. They even let me borrow a pair of lifters as I had left mine back home in Wilmington! This is a great facility and I will definitely be back as well as recommend it to everyone who may be nervous about "dropping in". They do the crossfit community proud!
Owners are top notch and represent the crossfit community as a whole very well!
Everyone that I meet here were absolutely great. I was in Winston Salem a few days for work and needed a place to workout. I called as well as emailed EVERY CrossFit location in Winston and they are the only location that reached back to me. They answered all my questions, inviting when I got there, and was more than willing to help me be successful at my work. Anytime I'm in town I will be stopping in to workout.
