The buying experience was pretty good. The salesman was helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable. I like the trailer. The bearing lubing system is very nice, you cant over grease them and greasing them is very easy. I only have two complaints about the trailer. It is difficult to tie things down, there are not enough tie down loops or places on which to hook tie down straps. My biggest complaint with the trailer is the quality of the electrical system. The wires were skinned of insulation while pulling through the wireways. There is no protection against wire chaffing and overall the quality of the wiring is just poor. Also the connector that connects to the vehicle is the cheapest that you can buy, with no strain relief at all. I had to redo all of that on my trailer.
I spent nearly a month trying to decide what brand of enclosed trailer to buy and from where. Did I want a new or used trailer...Did I want to try and find a discount in another state...Which brand is the best bang for your buck? Go ahead, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Matt answered all my questions with ease and confidence, then Mike got me squared away in no time. Great experience. Can't wait to see this trailer once it arrives. I'll just say this, Leonard doesn't have 57 store locations for nothing. If you want service and quality look no further. Remember y'all, you get what you pay for!
