It was done in one day and they cleaned up so well, honestly I can't even tell they were there.
I just wanted you to know it was almost 5 pm Friday and they picked up the phone when I called. Honestly I about fell out of my chair when he told me he could be at my house first thing Saturday morning.
The masonite siding was rotted and they replace it with James Hardy cement board.
Very professional.
Gave me a 25 year warranty on the job too.
I can highly recommend as they cleaned up well.

Lee arrived on time and well dressed. Took his time listening to me share my thoughts, pictures we downloaded as well as take measurements and video of our project. There were some aspects of our plan that just would not work according to other contractors we interviewed. Lee was more willing to make adjustments to our plans and put everything we wanted into the final picture.
He was ringing the bell at 7:45 and had the toilet flushing leak free in about two hours.

Within a few days he came back to our home with tile samples, pictures and blueprints of our proposed dream bathroom. His quote was actually a little less that the other general contractors and they included all the perks that we were told just could not happen due to something or another.... Thinks like our heated floor he was able to get into the specs.
I hired Craftsman Direct to replace my siding and they did a beautiful job.

Work was done flawlessly and their Craftsmen were brilliant. I especially loved working with the Master Tile Craftsman Rick. He was able to install our tile without any noticeable grout line. Even the corners.
Horrible experience. Shoddy work cost me $575 to have someone else clean up his mess. Paint job had streaks. Lee said it was under his warranty and would fix it. Never did. Never returns calls. I do not recommend Lee smoak and craftsman direct.
