DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. We purchased blinds for a Townhome that we were planning on buying. The builder's real estate rep recommended Steve at Factory Direct. We paid by check, the real estate rep gave it to Factoey Direct, they cashed the check for over $500.00, they however installed the blinds weeks before the walk through. We changed our minds and purchased a more expensive Townhome, same model, from the builder. The builder did not mind, however we were told, by Steve Spicer that "oh well" the real estate woman won't let me have the blinds back so you're out of luck. He said we would have to pay another full few for blinds. No discount, no replacement for the fact that the blinds were installed without our knowledge prior to a walk through let alone a closing. Steve blamed real estate people, they blamed him for installing them weeks prior to closing. He cashed check..and no product received.
