I needed flowers delivered for my daughters birthday but waited too late. I tried a national shop - very expensive and $30 delivery for the day after I wanted them to arrive. On Sunday, I looked up Sherwood Flower Shop in the city where my daughter only recently moved for college. I found beautiful flowers on line for a reasonable price and they were delivered the next day - $10 delivery fee. My daughter sent a photo and they were some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. They look extremely fresh, large and lovely. My daughter loved them and I will definitely use Sherwood again.
Not pleasant. Not allowed to see available flowers in cooler for insurance reasons.
Very bad delivery experience. I would recommend other more reputable florists in the area. They falsely claimed a delivery was made for us, when the reality was our good friend in hospital never received the item. Any delivery confirmation that they have produced thus far is not legitimate. They have been less than accommodating in correcting our situation. This is not a business where the customer is valued or interested in a repeat relationship. Find a local florist that values the customer and their overall experience.
Having grown up in the floral biz, I am most particular on florists..I send a dear friend flowers a few times a year, and the shop is easy to deal with, and the recipient, always sends me a picture of what she received. Always fresh, full and stylish. This shop is a keeper.
