I ordered flowers for my Mom for delivery on Valentine's Day in January. They never arrived and the shop did not answer their phone all day and had the nerve to send an email saying the flowers were delivered when they weren't! This was a tactic to lie so they could keep my money. I filed a report with my CC company. Stay away. Dishonest and unresponsive. Order from George K or Daisy a Day where they value customer service.
