I have bought many roses and been sent many in my life. Premium roses do not die in 4 days. I am very disappointed with the quality of these flowers. I will however give them the benefit of the doubt, as I know Valentine's is a tough time to order.

Beautiful arrangements and excellent customer service! They provided our wedding flowers, and were beyond accommodating. Although I kept making a few changes last minute, Merry never blinked an eye and was wonderful to work with.
I called this florist on 2/12 to order 1/2 dozen roses for my son's girlfriend. Customer Service was fine, and we got good delivery time. She works nearby. The roses cost $74. and died within 4 days.

I ordered flowers through Bo-Ty's website On Feb 13th, using my credit card. At 9:19am on Valentine's day, Bo-Ty called and left a voicemail message saying that they were out of the arrangement I had ordered, and were going to substitute a different arrangement. Then at 9:49am they sent me an email saying "Hi there. We are sold out . I called you and left a message and we cannot take any deliveries today." Which was untrue - they did NOT call to tell me about the cancellation by phone. I did not have access to my email until later in the day, so by the time I found out they had blown me off it was of course too late for me to make other arrangements. I called today and asked the speak to the owner, who the staffer answering the phone acknowledged was present in the store, and the owner refused to take my call. Utterly unprofessional. My family and I have used Bo-Ty many times over the years - but never again will they have my business.
