I was so disappointed. New scents smelled trashy. Really miss a lot of the old scents used to spend $300+ now won't be coming back. Beautiful store cause it's new. Used to take my time in Victoria secret store, couldn't wait to leave now comparable to a flea market.

I had to wait 30 min for my girlfriend who was trying to purchase a bra... There was almost 6 sellers and just 1 cashier. The managers where just talking about stupid things while the line was huge... This store and the management are a joke.
I have been here twice and both times the service was atrocious...Nobody to help you in the fitting room, a 30 minute wait to checkout and only one person on the register, everyone working there was in a bad mood. I won't be returning.
I went in specifically wanting to purchase several shea hand lotions. When I did not find them, I asked the cashier if they still carried them or had any in the store she said, "If we do they'd be in the front." instead of offering to get it for me I had to ask if someone would get it for me. No one ever got it for me. When I left the store I saw that there were plenty in stock.
Went in for a bra. After casually walking the store I needed help with fitting. After going into the dressing room where I was ignored...I went and sat just outside the dressing room to see if I could catch one of the sales associates. After sitting for about 3 or 4 minutes a lady who I later identified as Bethany proceeded to look directly at me then walk right past me and proceed to ask other customers if the needed help finding anything. This really bothered me. Considering I wanted to spend my hard earned money in their store. It was when I was about to walk out of the store after a lack of assistance when a lovely older lady named Sandra hasked me if I needed help. She was the ONLY reason I stayed and spent money in this estableshment. Maybe...probably wont be returning.
