one of the sale associates is fine as hell dark skin guy with a Mohawk, I can’t remeber his name.
It's a good store, could have a bigger size, I'd recommend buying online over going there you'd get better prices
I have never had a problem or complaint with H&M until today. I went to the Winston Salem NC store to return online purchases, I brought all receipts and the clothes still has the tags attached. The lady at the register told me she could only return 100.00 worth of my order b/c management told them b/c their store is so small they can’t take in a lot of returns. I then asked for a manager and she brought one to the front. That manager then explained to me that they would only take up to 100.00 of my return BUT I could drive all the way to Greensboro NC to return my whole order. They both were very very rude and unwilling to help so I had to get in the car and drive another 30 mins to another city to make my return after already driving 20 mins to this store. Once I got to the Greensboro NC H&M my whole order got returned with no problem (although the associate processing my return said the Winston Salem store has already sent 3 large returns to the this week). On your receipt and website it states online orders CAN be returned to any store for a refund with no restrictions what so ever. So my advice to H&M get your employees on board or find new ones b/c the ones I dealt with in Winston Salem don’t know what the hell their doing and don’t know the meaning of customer service. If anyone from corporate would like to reach out to me about this ridiculous issue I’d be more then happy to speak with you! Your employees wasted 3 hours of my Saturday dealing with a simple return
I went into this store at the Hanes Mall on 9/7/2017. The store was immaculate and the items were displayed in an organized fashion making what I was looking for easy to find. I was just looking for a black and white T shirt that I could not find in any other store in the mall. As as 58 year old women I was a bit intimidated going in the store but the associates were friendly and helped me out with the shirts on sale and with the sizes. When going to check out the associate was extremely friendly and helped me get the appropriate size of socks that I needed out of the bins. I experienced better service in this store then the high end flag ship stores in the mall. Highly recommend for trendy well priced clothes.
Some of the sales associates at this location are really unfriendly. The store itself is okay.
