I literally stumbled into Nitsa's with intentions at that point to just see what they had in stock. My girlfriends live out of town and my mother is deceased. I really needed professional help. I found it at Nitsa's.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience shopping for my wedding dress at Nitsa’s! Between the beautiful selection of dresses and the outstanding customer service, an extremely stressful process turned stress free. When I first arrived, I discovered that the dress I had been eyeing for a long time had been sold in a previous week. I knew I should have verified that it would be there when I made the appointment and was upset at myself. When the tears started to come, Chris and the staff went above and beyond to get the appointment back on track. They offered to reschedule and guaranteed that they would get that dress in for me to try, but also talked me into trying other options since I was already there with friends and family. After trying on several others, they found me the dress of my dreams! They also built a make-shift dress to give me an idea of what the other dress would look like on. Needless to say, I did not need another appointment and left confident in my dress purchase! Chris and the sweet bridal staff made me feel beautiful and I truly feel like I am part of the “Nitsa’s family!” The level of customer service and attention to detail that is offered at this local, family-owned bridal boutique is something you can’t match at the chain “big-box” wedding stores. Make an appointment and you will not be disappointed!
While Nitsa's is not for the budget bride, it is the place to go if you want a unique gown and experienced help in making the right selection.
Within 15 minutes of walking into that shop, a gown was plucked off the rack and dropped over my head. She knew what would work with my figure. There was no need to try on a dozen gowns. I couldn't believe it. It still had to be ordered and then altered which will happen in a few weeks.
But Nitsa's is so far above the other salons in the Piedmont region there really is no comparison. They are definitely the place to go if you want a beautiful tailored bridal look.
Wonderful selection of both formal and casual wear. Even found bargains in sale room. Associates offered excellent suggestions for jewelry & accessories. Wanda was the bomb!
I had been everywhere looking for my wedding dress..and absolutely nowhere compared to Nitsa's! Their gown selection had a wonderful variety. All of the dresses were gorgeous, and all unique in their own way. Chris was so wonderful to work with, as she chose selections that catered to what I was envisioning in my dream dress. When I began to need help deciding, she thought about me when making suggestions but also gave personal time when needed. It is so clear that she cares about each and every bride that walks through her doors.
We had a 5 star experience. Wanda was wonderful in every way. She was a great listener and made such helpful suggestions. Wander helped us find the perfect wedding dress and we are Thrilled. Can't wait to get the mother of the bride dress nailed down
Choosing a wedding gown can be so intimidating. I love this shop. As a "mature" first time bride with a few extra pounds, I went to several shops leaving so disappointed and concerned that I'd never find the right gown for me. The attendants were so inexperienced, they were more like clerks than the professionals you expect to find working in a bridal shop. The quality of gowns were ho-hum. Most stores in this area do not carry a wide range of designer gowns. It seemed the solution for everything wrong was to add a sleeve, remove a sleeve, sew in lace cover up something that's too revealing, etc. Patch, patch, patch.
