Awesome place of business. Tamika Howard and Julina Jackson were Fantastic. I was in and out in about 45mins and trust me I bought more than just a suit. Combined with the time it took to get everything marked for alterations I'd say it was fantastic timing. To be honest I only went in this store to make sure it was up to par but know I know that it is my co-workers and I will definitely ALL shop here from now on! The Men's Warehouse has my business for life.

If google allowed negative stars, this specific location would receive it. Incompetent people who cannot measure... my son was measured for a suit, with a pick up at the Charlotte store. The suit fit terrible! Shirt did not button at the collar, sleeves came to his elbows, pants were 4x his size. Luckily the gentleman there had an extra shirt. I had to purchase on my own another suit! They had the nerve to say "there are no refunds" how is there no refunds when we didn't use the suit OR EVEN stated as he was being fitted at the actual store we did not like the fit. Also- the other groomsmen, their suits didn't fit right either. Pants too big, pants too short, missing pants from the bag, suit jacket too big. Avoid the headache on your big day- avoid this location.
My shopping experience here was one of the worst I have ever encountered. I went in specifically looking for one of their name brand suits that were on sale and was only shown their in house brand at full price. The assistant manager, was rude, crass, and had no desire to service the customers. As one of the recent posters has said, there was one gentleman there who was very helpful, that was it. Whenever I went in the store, I was not greeted, and proceeded to the the cashiers station, who then called over the acting manager (assistant manager) for that shift, he then proceeded to yell very loudly, multiple times at three store associates to help me, all of which were on their phones standing in the middle of the aisle when you walk in. The assistant manager picked out two store brand suits and told me that was all they had for me, which was the furthest thing from the truth. I, not recognizing the brand of suit, believed it to be one of the designer brands, it was not. After my purchase that night, I discovered what I had purchased and immediately returned it the next morning. I proceeded to the Greensboro location on Hornaday Road, and the experience was completely opposite. They were very helpful and the customer service was off the charts, and instead of purchasing one crappy suit, I purchased two designer suits, 2 shirts, 2 pants, 2 pair of shoes, and accessories. Multiple people that day had similar stories of that location, and the Winston branch is losing customers by the way it is managed and staffed.
