First visit ever today, was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was great, I recommend the Wicked, it has 5 meats and 3 cheeses. However for myself who takes forever to make decisions there are MANY options for toppings. The staff was very pleasant and helpful explaining how everything works. The prices are a little on the higher side but I feel you get what you pay for. Will be visiting again.
Why the repusive smell? Last time I was here I assumed your grease trap had just been serviced. It smells like a huge fart is enveloping the restaurant.
Unfortunately I couldn't tell you how the sandwich was because the service was too slow to ever get my meal. Other customers had been there long enough to drink their beverage and eat their chips before their own sandwiches were ready. They were out of carrots and celery for children and it wasn't even halfway through the day. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer for a sandwich that should have taken 5 minutes to make. The two teenagers working didn't seem to mind, I think it was less stress for them to provide the refund than have to make another order.
This place used to be efficient and had a good value. After this last visit, I will not be going back. The service was extremely slow. After waiting for 5 minutes (I was the only person in line)to place my order, the person making sandwiches had to stop to actually take my order. Then she tells me that they are out of corned beef and I would need to select another sandwich. She also said that they were out of a couple other meats. I selected a new sandwich and had to stand there again waiting for her to stop making another sandwich to place my order. She was trying to be efficient, but she couldn’t pick up the slack of the other worker. The sandwich quality has really decreased here, as well. I will not be going back. I can get a better quality sandwich at many other establishments.
Food is always good, love receiving emails for free stuff, only negative is that service is really slow!
