I had a great experience with dermatologist Amy McMichael. I highly recommend her. Dr. McMichael is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin of color and will be very honest with you about your condition. Dr.McMichael actually takes the time to listen and talk with you instead of trying to have a quick 1 minute appointment like other dermatologist and doctors. You can tell she cares about her patients.
Dr. Joseph Jorrizo is amazing and gave me my quality of life back with his expertise and care. Very straightforward, knowledgeable, and confident immunodermatologist.
Always always behind. They say to get there 15 minutes early. I got there 22 minutes early and STILL didn't even get called to be checked in until 25 minutes later. This happens every time. I'm in the waiting area now and so far my appointment was 20 minutes ago. If things follow their normal procedure I'll be sitting here at least another 15 minutes. Constantly over booked and they are making money on all of us.
I love Dr McMichael but I'm not rating her, I'm rating the facility.
They make it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment for an acute condition. Nothing available for months. What if you had skin cancer, or a malignant tumor? Should you just wait for months to be seen? Awful.
Dr. Rita is wonderful. The interns I saw were wonderful. The woman with the long brown hair at the front who re booked my appointment is the reason for this two star review. I wish I knew her name. I was given pretty devastating news yesterday and I was not prepared to handle the attitude and rudeness she threw my way. I have literally ever written a review, and I am not a sensitive person. I really think this woman should consider a different career path. I was supposed to get blood work done but I actually had to walk outside and spent the remainder of the next 30 minutes crying in my car because of my news and the way this woman treated me. I probably will never come back here.
