WORST PLACE EVERRR constant issues they take no responsibility for front desk seems to act dumb when presented with an issue and I'm waiting for test results that supposed to tell u if you're baby will have defects still have not received results. Nobody ever calls back this lil trailer sucks.
I would give it half a star or 0 stars if it was possible. Very unprofessional, they don't take you seriously and always mess up your appointments. They schedule you with a doctor that doesn't work that day. They have attitudes and they always have an issue with their prescriptions.

I love the staff and my doctor. Been going to Dr.Lord since 2011. I live 45 minutes from them and have my disability and Medicare and could go closer to home but I just don't feel like I would get the awesome care and feeling of being cared about as I do at Southside.
