If I could leave this company a zero star or negative star review, I would do so. After my grandmother (during her living days many years ago) had pre-purchased a casket, service and all preparation for burial, this company did everything possible to renege on the deal. You see, between the time my grandmother paid for these services and the time of her death, the cost of all of the services and casket, etc has skyrocketed. Effectively, this company would now be taking a "loss" in their minds. So, instead of fulfilling their responsibility, they refunded the money my grandmother paid. Shame on this company!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE.
