Extremely rude on the phone. It blows my mind that any business owners out there today act like that and still have a company to operate, especially in an industry where the customer is often in emotional distress. Good luck moving forward - I'll just take my business to Russell, Salem, or Hayworth-Miller.
When you have lost a love one it's not a fun time for you.. You are emotionally messed up and the Clark- Brown Family put two of our family members to rest...Both times there was Love, Support, Understanding...They made us feel like Family and was mourning with us.... During this time we had questions and financial problems. They worked with us and were understanding, honest and helpful.
