I wanted to give Kudos to Alicia. She gave my daughter and I excellent customer service, in trying to return a modem to AT&T. She was very patient and understanding. She is excellent!!!
Terrible experience and slow processing
I can say nothing but good things about this UPS store!! Kyle is friendly, helpful and always has a smile. They have helped me with many things, including getting a banner printed super fast. There are convenient temporary parking spots out front so you can stop, drop packages and get on your way. I even got my post office box here!!
Terrible service. 30 mins just to mail a package
