My first visit last Friday was scheduled at 8:15AM. I walked in and was greeted promptly. The check in process was quick and easy. There was practically no wait. Maybe 2 minutes? The staff brought me in, reviewed my records, and placed me in an exam room in very little time. Super friendly and all appeared to be happy to be there. Dr. Cooper consulted with me, took care of my immediate needs, and talked with me about all the concerns I had. The visit was very quick, but was not rushed. They covered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. It had been a while since my last physical, so they did want to get that scheduled.
Scheduling was easy, and very prompt! I didn't have to wait weeks. Here it is Tuesday and I had my physical this morning. Same great atmosphere with the staff and Dr. Cooper. Everything including check in, consultation, labs, and checkout were easy and pleasant.
New patient at this facility and could not be more pleased with the service and staff so far!
I am so impressed with their service I have already called my insurance to switch them to be my PCP from now on.
