Rude staff. You are just a number! It's a mill. Plus, they didn't file our insurance on time even though they had the insurance card information on file. Doctors are not compassionate. They want to give multiple shots at one visit and are unwilling to consider alternatives!! RUN...DON'T WALK! LOOK ELSEWHERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!!!!!!!!

We absolutely love TCP, we have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The staff are incredible, so responsive and everyone is so knowledgeable, patient, and caring.
We love our doctor! There is always ample time to be seen, both by nurses and the doctor, even when you schedule a same-day appointment. They always seem to have the time for you. However, if you need a half-page school form done, that takes two to three days. Why? Because there is no charge. They never the five minutes it takes to do it, even though you have been bringing your kids to them for years and they made thousands of dollars on you. They DO have the time to come out and give you a thorough dressing-down for not following their rules if you want the form to be done the same day. Across the medical business, these people are always convinced that there's no-one more important and busier than them. Better get used to it!
My daughter is a patient of TCP and we have had a very positive experience at this office. The nurses and administrative staff are always friendly and helpful and Dr. Forrest is nothing short of AMAZING. We have rotated doctors throughout the office and have been very pleased with how attentive and thorough each physician is. Questions are always readily answered online through My Chart which is super convenient when you're a busy, working mom! I highly recommend TCP to any current or future parent. :)
