I would like to say how people could have a bad rating for this business. I bought my first bike from Walmart and I needed my bike fixed with new brakes and new innertube, . the staff is very respectful and courteous.. I was told it would take a couple days to fix it so by Thursday of the following week because I went in on a Friday. my bike was ready for pick up on Tuesday..... two weeks later my bike broke again

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the owners of Paul's. I called them today because 4 years ago when I dropped my daughter off at college, her tire was flat on her bike and they fixed it quickly and did adjustements, they noticed it needed it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great experience! I have been here several times to shop, buy and ask for help. I have always been met with a smiling face and someone ready to help. Owned and operated by three brothers and it shows. They have comparable prices and when on sale exceptionable prices. I would definitely recommend them when shopping and buying. Paul's stands behind their products whether bikes or exercise equipment.
So fast forward to today. I called because my daughter's bike had a flat back tire and she couldn't find a ride to the bike store. I was going to drive from out of town and try to fix it myself. But in case I couldn't fix it, I just wanted to make sure they were open. Once the owners found out I was going to drive in from out of town, they offered to go to my daughter's college and fix her bicycle.
I bought some mountain bike shoes from these guys back in September 2014. In March of 2016 they broke because of a defect. I could not find my proof of purchase. I was no longer living in Winston but these guys were able to text me a pic of the proof of purchase so I could send my shoes back in. I ended up getting a free new pair. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME.
