Just read the owners response about the Groupon. Apparently she doean't know that the Groupons aren't free?? I wasn't even looking for a Groupon, I was looking for a new Massage membership for my daughter-in-law, but if this is your customer service, then I have no desire at all to visit your place of business. If you didin't want to deal whth Groupons, why did you agree to them in the first place. Sad, sad. #goingto massageenvytopaymore
Fun time for my fiance and I. Same day booking was very nice. Prices reasonable. My fiance and I get massages together at least one a month if not more. The place is located inside a hotel that does look a little shaby on the outside but the inside of the spa is very clean and nicely decorated. The room was a little cold, I had to request a blanket- which thy brought me a heated one
Purchased Groupon twice on different occasions and had to cancel b/c they don’t honor Groupon service as equally as a general paying customer. If your comfortable using your Groupon let’s say ummmm 2 - 3 months out and hope it doesn’t expire then I would highly suggest. As you can see Groupon customers get 2nd hand treatment.
This place was AMAZING I purchased a gift voucher through their website paid $120 for $300 worth of service due to a Black Friday special they were having next day I scheduled an appointment for a romantic valentines couple massage. When me and my fiancé arrived we were greeted by the owner she walked us downstairs and the massage room was like out of a movie rose petals everywhere champagne fruit and little refreshments. When I left that place I felt like a floating angel no kidding. The masseuses were very polite and once we entered the room it really feel like time didn’t even matter at that point. This was my first time going to a spa and I WILL be back! But the only downside is me and my fiancé both got sick after leaving this place due to the fans being over us during the 2 hour massage
I have had several massages and every one has been excellent. Today's massage was by Cori Brown and he was amazing!
