Even if you call to make an appointment, they are terrible is like they don't want people to come to their office, they can't provide an appoint because their system is down and don't when it will be back up.
I was unable to walk in without an appt & make a tax payment. There was one woman waiting at 11.40AM. The gent at the front desk with side arms asked a rep to "help a taxpayer who wants to make a payment." I hear from the office: "Cashier's check or personal check?" I respond, to someone I can't see, "Part on a cashier's check, part a business account check." No response. The guard closes the office door, walks back to his desk. Me: "Yes or no?" Guard: "They're juggling between them whose going to take lunch & who's going to see you." I sit there, silence from behind the door. After more than five minutes, I left without having made a payment. The service downtown was so much better. Parking suckered but service was much better.
