Very rude, decided to take my business elsewhere, Candace the owner who also does calls out to folks says she's done taxes for 40+years and loves her job but her attitude and tone with innocent people looking for help says other wise, people that pay to do taxes and account don't have to put up with snarky comments, sorry.
My wife and I called to find out hours and see about getting set up to get our taxes done. We call on a Sunday hoping to just hear the hours but a lady answered the phone. We asked a question and "got this is not H&R Block we do not do taxes on the fly". So with that kind of rudeness we just said to forget this place. We will find someone else.
