This is by far, my favorite little spot for treatments! Its clean, cute & relaxing inside, the owner is so very sweet & professional. All the services i have received so far all have been wonderful, with the best prices in town!! I'm a return customer for life!
Love love love Mrs. Cole she treated me and my coworker so professional, I got a chemical peel and my friend received a facial, atmosphere was so relaxed and peaceful, can't wait to start my lipo services she offer, so excited cause after three babys I need it, but she is a sweet and professional lady I would recommend her to everyone.
Love this place! The owner Ms. Cole is courteous, honest, detailed and gives you the experience of a relaxed atmosphere. It smells relaxing! The space is clean. And she allows me to listen to my favorite group Coldplay when I come for service. Her cancellation policy is fair. She responds quickly to texts/calls. its a great atmosphere!
No, No, NO!!!!! Stay away from this place! I purchased two services from Groupon. One for microdermabrasion and the other for a chemical peel. Today was my appoinment for my chemical peel and I didn't even stay to get the service done. First off, when I walked in, the first thing that she said was "You don't have any kids with you, do you?" It threw me off because that shouldn't be the first thing that you say to your clients. Especially NEW clients. This was my FIRST TIME THERE. I don't even have any children! After filling out the paperwork, I sat in the front waiting area with my mom. We chatted it up while the owner was in the back finishing up the client that was before me. The owner stepped from the back, looked at us and said "Can you tone it down, you're being loud" ... Uh, what? Is that how you seriously treat your customers? You talk to them like that? Wow. At that point, I decided not to stay. After a long, hard, emotional day ... I was hoping to go to House of Effleurage and get some relaxation but I will never let someone talk to me the way that she did. I told her how I felt and then walked out. I should have known something was fishy when I emailed the business TWICE and never got a response. Rude and unprofessional! Please go somewhere else!
