Yeah I am extremely mad now. This is the third time where I have been expecting a package that randomly fails to deliver due to an "Invalid Address", yet I always seem to receive all my other mail just fine. I've even had monthly subscription deliveries that have succeeded in reaching me one month, then randomly get flagged as an "Invalid Address" another month...How does that work exactly? An incompetent postal worker that can't seem to figure out my apartment complex's mail boxes? Oh here's a thought; maybe if you can't figure out the mail box thing, leave the package at the apartment managers office!! I call the postal office and they just cut me off, tell me to call customer service, and hang up. Now I'm on hold for like an hour or more apparently, so that's great. Too bad complaining about bad service and giving bad reviews effects them in no way, due to being government workers.
The clerk was very nice and helped me out as needed. Will be back with all my shipping needs. I just moved into town
Back to back days this post office didn't deliver a priority package beacuse "business was closed" but I clearly see the driver in the security cameras coming into the building, dropping off the regular mail, and picking up the outgoing mail. TWO DAYS IN A ROW!! Come on!
Came to the post office, put my package on the SCALE in front of the clerk, asked for registered international shipping. The clerk told me to get their padded envelope, I did. Then the clerk found out the package's WEIGHT wasn't right for the registered mail and asked ME to pay for the envelope nevertheless.
The hours posted say it's open till 3 on Saturdays but only the drop boxes are open. Heaven forbid someone want to use a post office on a weekend.
The question here is: does it take three days of training or all of four days to become a postal clerk? If you see it on your scale and know it won't ship, does asking me to buy more merchandise constitute a legitimate upsale, or is it just that no-one knows what they are doing??
