Dr. Taylor has cared for me even by praying with me when my dearest pet passed away. The entire staff has cared superbly for me and my pets. They have been caring to several pets, during healthy and unhealthy times.
I have been taking my dog (Ms.Foxy Brown) to the R.V.H. since I adopted her almost 9 years. My parents also take their pugs (The Pugs) there and always will. We have never had a bad experience. Crystal at the front desk has been there since I started taking Foxy in.We love her, Foxy loves her, and the pugs love her too.She always does her best to get you whatever need. All the doctors are sincere and genuinely care about each animal that comes in. I'm so glad we found them.
They take perfect care of my little one and are always willing to be more than helpful.
Words cannot express how much this veterinary office has meant to my pets, my family, and even my extended family. I am saddened and disturbed by the previous reviewer. Apparently she was only looking for something-for-nothing and must have only taken her very ill pet one time for a quick-fix. Truly unfortunate for the pet!
DR. ERIC TAYLOR IS THE WORST. WORSE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN MONEY. Dr. Eric Taylor only cared about money along with the other staff and not about the pet. My dog had a rash and instead of giving him an ointment to cure that, they gave my 4 year old dog heavy dose of steroids shots. Basically KILLED MY DOG.
