If you park here to visit downtown Winston Salem and plan to stay past 8:00 pm you will not be able to get your car out. It's like car jail. You can forget about getting your car all weekend too, and you will be charged for every night your car is locked in the garage. We came for a wedding at the Millennium center on a Friday night and we parked in this deck. When we left to go home around 11:00 pm we found that garage was completely locked down and shut off from entering or exiting by foot or car.

Even a rating of 1 star isn't low enough for this place. This parking garage is worthless. What parking garage closes at 8pm and is closed on the weekends in a downtown area? Also, the fact that the price immediately after closing goes up to 25 dollars to ransom your car is ridiculous. Save your money and your sanity, park somewhere else. This place and the people that work there are worthless.
Worst place ever, makes you pay $25 dollars to get your car out because they close at 8:00 pm, but no where on ANY of their signs does it say that you have to pay the $25 dollars. For one don't put a sign outside your building saying "Event Parking" for an event that last longer than 8:00. Probably just putting the money in their pockets. Very very rude and disrespectful. Will NEVER come back here ever again.
We came back the next morning to get the car.... and it was still shut off. Apparently they do not operate on the weekends so we got charged for every night we were unable to get our car. Had to go get it after work on Monday. Horrible design of a deck. The manager is very rude as well, don't even bother calling him.
