Friendly staff with good selection of cheaply priced videos. However, you Hey what you pay for. Yes, I've had an unusually high return rate here. I've also been given the option of replacing the movie or getting discounts on future rentals. The free rentals also save cash and deliver solid entertainment.
There is a place in my entertainment budget and plan for Family Video. I also use competitors in the rental and streaming categories. I say give it a try, if it's not out of your way for normal travel.

Soooo nice to be able to go into a movie store and be able to rent new movies for more than a day and old movies I haven't seen in forever! LOVE having and movie rental store to go to. You an also rent TV series and games. And the convenience of Marco's Pizza next store is always great!
