Easy in and out. Fantastic selection and the employee that I spoke with was super friendly and helpful.
The rude staff member did go chill a bottle of each vintage and then let us taste them. We bought a case of the one that we liked the best.
Came in spefically on the 3rd Thursday of November for "Nouveau Day." No Noveau available to sample. Was told by a staff member that they may be doing tastings tomorrow or over the weekend. Another staff member somewhat rudely said that he would chill some down for tasting.
Interestingly enough, we spoke with the store manager Tuesday evening and he said that he would be pleased to see us on Thursday but he couldn't sell any until then.
Very friendly helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming and didn't mind answering any of my questions and giving great suggestions!
