Very busy. Food has always been hot. Drive thru a little slow during busy hours. Employees kind and helpful

I'm somewhat a regular customer and one of the managers know when I come in the door that I want a half gallon of tea. Love the service and friendly atmosphere. Although the drive thru can sometimes take a while.
Buttermilk biscuit was delicious, however the chicken patty inside had a huge piece of gristle in it (about a quarter of the chicken was basically inedible, not exaggerated). It completely ruined the meal for me. Probably won't be eating there (or any other McDonald's) in the near future.
