No one answers the phone alot of the time but the buses are really good and comfortable.
Have used Greyhound several times but booked a bus today and received a ticket which was not as advertised and they refused to refund my ticket. I was also hung up on 3 times when they tried to transfer my complaint, pretty sure it was intentional so they wouldn't have to deal with me. Found out the customer service number doesn'the always take you to customer service. Very unprofessional and unorganized company. I will never use them again and filled an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They told me the ticket was nonrefundable which I understand but they falsely advertised the ticket so I didn't receive what I agreed to buy. How hard is it to refund a $28 ticket? Why loose a customer over it? To sum it up there are better options, don't use Greyhound. They would rather keep your money and never have you return than to refund you now and continue to make money off of you. Just bad business.
If I could give em a 0 I would. I think they should separate they greyhound from the regular bus station. It's dirty, the workers are lazy & the don't have plugs for you to charge your devices. How do you expect people to sit 3hours plus & they can't charge there phone? That's dirty. I'm not even an adult I am a teen traveler anything can happen while im here and if my phone died or something was to happen I wouldn't even be able to let my family know. .
My daughter lost her phone on the bus and was treated very poorly by the driver and the employees at the bus station. Cheap is not always good. I will not book her another ticket on Greyhound to go to school. She is devastated. An I am pissed.
What a shite hole never again.
