Staff (male) at front desk stole my money. I forgot to get my receipt. Gave him $140.00 in cash. When it was time to check out, I had a balance of $137.some change. No one there did nothing to help me. Marriott went into my account and took extra money. This will not go unnoticed.
Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Room was just as expected with no problems. Would definitely stay here again.
I stayed from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon here as part of a Chaplains venue. It is a wonderful place to stay with nice rooms and a lovely lobby and restaurant. It is well located to a lot of downtown amenities, most of which are in walking distance. My only gripe is the lack of free parking. They share parking with Embassy Suites across the street and it's a public garage that costs $10 a night (I believe).
I would absolutely stay here again! The amenities are pleasant and the free internet was more than capable for me to do work during the evenings. The pool is nice, but it's in a drafty room and it isn't heated. This was a bit chilly as we stayed there in early December. Overall, I was well pleased!
Was a brief work assignment here at the Marriott. These rooms are small for the price asking. The rooms looks mediocre. Had a studio look with a hallway leading to your small room next to a medium closet. Nice TV and all the commodities. You would expect a bit more from the brand name if you catch my drift people. The food served was delicious an filling.
I have been staying at this hotel off and on fairly consitently for the last year. The evening concierge attendant is superb. She goes above and beyond to be attentive to the guest and ensure the experience is top notch. The front desk team is also very nice. They know my name and are always accomodating to any requests I have.
