I'll keep this short and simple. I always leave this Outback knowing the food left me 100% satisfied, fast and friendly service from the whole waiting staff and the manager Stacey does a superb job! Great atmosphere, great food, awesome wait staff and a manager that cares and checks on every table. Five stars for everything. I only dropped it back 1 star because of the automatic dishwasher. The dishwasher seems to be problem at most of them. Albeit, the food and people keep it a positive experience. I've been eating there since the day they opened the doors and will continue to do so!
This place has one heck of a manager. I wish I had asked for his name but I went there to eat tonight and it was the last night of their all you can eat shrimp special and we were initially told they were not going to be honoring the special at that location since they had ran out of the crispy shrimp. They offered what they had left of the grilled shrimp and gave me a 15% discount to make up for it. I had plenty enough to eat and give them kudos for trying to make a customer satisfied!
Fantastic place to eat! We hadn't been in a long while due to management /clientele change and took a chance. So so glad we did. Service, atmosphere, vibe and meals were all excellent!
We took 2 of our grandkids out for lunch. We got seated quickly; but it was a long wait for someone to come take our order. The Manager ended up coming over and taking our order. We noticed labels on their apples. The Manager took the apples and brought them more grapes and adjusted our bill. Our steaks was not cooked as ordered. The lady Manager and Waitress did a great job.
Went for dinner. The hostess seated us quick because of a reservation. The waitresses were friendly, helpful and kept our glasses full. The manager came out to check on our group and tell us about newer items. The food was delicious, everything as ordered. Dessert was over the top.
