I used to love Panera Bread, but since Krispy creme bought them it has steadily declined. You get to the restaurant after 6:00pm and everything you want is out and all that is left is salads. They rarely have bread left except for sliced sandwich bread. We used to eat there two or three times a week now it maybe twice a month. Soups used to be a mainstay but now your lucky to get a choice of two or three. We're out of that is all you ever hear anymore. I really miss the old Panera. A year ago I would have given them a five star rating.
Food here is good, service is fast, but these people need to learn how to smile! They were courteous, just not very friendly. Maybe it was just a bad day for the crew?
1st - I come here on average at least 3 times a week. I get the same smoothie 90% of the time. I should not have to type in the special request “please blend well” every time I order it. If you can clearly see full leaves of spinach - it’s not blended well!
They need more vegetarian options. And when I wanted to remove the chicken from the salad, that didnt change the price. Plus the broccoli soup is made with chicken broth. Other then that the associate was very nice and helpful. I ended up leaving without eating there.
Yummy food but customer service not so good.
I am one of those rare people who only like to give positive reviews. With that being said, I’d like to give this location a lower rating, but I’m trying not to be dramatic. So we’ll go with 2 stars.
2nd - Now this is my big complaint. Moving the mobile order pick up to the back of the store. WHY??? When I asked the manager why they did this I was told because it is more convenient for the employees! For the staff!!! What in the world?! Since when does the convenience of the staff come before the convenience of the customer?!? It is frustrating for me as the one picking up the mobile order to have to maneuver through the customers in line to get my order and I’d assume the customers in line don’t love it either. Put your customers first. That’s how businesses work.
